We will be offering free American Cave Museum admissions, $5.00 Public Cave Tours, $10.00 Ziplining, & hands-on environmental education activities led by the Franklin Simpson AP Science class & Hart County 4H.

Welcome to Kentucky's Hidden River Cave & American Cave Museum.

Our historic tour will take you through one of Kentucky's largest & most scenic historic cave entrances where two subterranean rivers flow over one-hundred feet below ground.

You'll pass the remnants of a turn-of-the-century hydroelectric generating system that once supplied the town overhead with water & electricity.

The Tours

Public Guided Cave Tour

Historic tours last 45-60 minutes and are scheduled upon arrival.
Reservations are not necessary.

Cave Adventure Tours

Guided off-trail adventures lasting 2, 3, or 5 hours. Reservations are required at least 48-hours in advance.

Zip & Rappel Challenge

Fly through the trees on the area's highest zipline, or take a vertical rappel into the mouth of the cave.
